This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Polling Strategies ("Polling Strategies," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and processes information in connection with the website at pollingstrategies.ai (the "Site") and email correspondence with us. Polling Strategies is an opinion polling firm. This Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services you access outside the Site, and it does not govern survey research conducted under a separate client engagement, which is addressed in the applicable engagement agreement and respondent notices.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to information we process when you visit the Site or contact us by email. By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.

2. Information we collect

• Contact information. If you email us at hello@pollingstrategies.ai, we receive your email address, any information you choose to include, and the contents of your message.
• Usage and technical data. Our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical data (IP address, user agent, request path, timestamps, and error reports) to deliver and secure the Site. These logs are retained for a short period and are not used to profile visitors.

We do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts on this Site, and we do not collect accounts, workspaces, or user-generated content through it.

3. How we use information

We use the information above to:

• respond to your inquiries and correspondence;
• operate, secure, and maintain the Site;
• diagnose errors and monitor reliability; and

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete, and we review them before relying on them.

Our hosting provider may set a minimal number of strictly necessary cookies required to deliver the Site securely (for example, load balancing or basic security).
